It is possible to be gifted, intelligent and influential and still be empty on the inside. When we focus on the urgent to the exclusion of the important we develop unsustainable patterns of living. This increases stress, distorts our perspective and eventually undermines our effectiveness.

But,  life and leadership can be different. It’s possible to be a high achiever without sacrificing your integrity, health or relationships. It requires clarity, courage and support to do so.

Many leaders, struggle to integrate and balance the competing demands of personal and professional life, as career opportunities and family responsibilities grow.
